Spirit Lake Early Childhood Addition
Project Description
H&R Construction was awarded the Spirit Lake Schools Early Childhood Addition and Middle School Renovations. This project consisted of adding on a 13,150 sq. ft. early childhood center to the existing elementary school. This addition included five new classrooms, new administration offices, new entry canopy and a security vestibule. The work at the elementary school also included some minor renovations to existing areas and a complete boiler room equipment replacement.
In addition to the work at the elementary school we also remodeled 15,500 sq. ft. of the middle school building. This remodel included extensive demolition work to open up the entry areas for open concept administration space and media center. We also constructed new free standing canopies at the high school entrance and district office entrance.
